Kris' efficiency apartment is very cozy, homey, and clean. The kitchen is small but has every appliance one might wish for. The bed is a futon located on a loft reached by a ladder. The building is very nice and quiet, and it's on a very quiet street, just a stone's throw from beautiful Riverside Park in one direction, and a block and a half from Broadway and excellent grocery stores and other shopping in the other direction. It is also a very short walk to the 72nd street subway stop, which is on all the express lines, making it very convenient for getting around town. Kris was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with.

My Dad stayed at the apartment in August 2021. The home was clean, cozy, neat and met all my his expectations; all amenities were as advertised. The owner is flexible and responded in good time to all our questions, Thank you!
