About

Room for rent to a woman in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood of Watertown. It's on the 71 bus line to Harvard Square (10 minutes). The bus stops right across the street. With the owner (who is the only other person living in the apartment), you'i\'ll share the use of the living room (with a TV,) the all-season sun room, the dining room, the kitchen. The half bath is yours alone.. You'll share the full bath for showers. In nice weather, you share the use of a porch for sitting and reading or just lounging. There is a window air conditioner in your room in the summer. Your bedroom is 10' x 12' with a new twin bed and mattress, a desk, a rocker/recliner, and a full private closet. There are 3 spacious drawers under the bed. Large items, like suitcases can be stored in a clean basement room. You'll share the use of the basement washer and dryer with the owner. You should like dogs, since I have a small, well-behaved Sheltie, who is quiet and unobtrusive. Also, I occasionally board one other small dog. Furnishing, linens, towels, and dishes are provided. Just bring your suitcase! The owner is female and is looking for a female tenant.
