The living area you will enjoy is 2000 square feet of a historic arts-and-crafts bungalow. The house has oak hardwood floors, high ceilings, a spacious living room/dining room with two sofas, and a bright kitchen with stainless appliances. The house is fully furnished and features comfortable furniture, kilim rugs, central air conditioning, and a private fenced yard with patio, teak outdoor dining, and a large BBQ grill. The bedroom is located in the finished basement and features an electric adjustable split king bed, optional exercise bike, and a private bathroom. There is also a separate laundry room.
