The house is fully furnished and features comfortable furniture, kilim rugs, central air conditioning, and a private fenced yard with patio, teak outdoor dining, large BBQ grill, and wifi-controlled yard irrigation system. The master bedroom is located in the finished basement and features an electric adjustable split king bed, walk-in closet, exercise equipment (including a bike), and a private bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom has an extra-long twin bed (with a new all-natural latex mattress) and a desk/home office setup. There is also a spacious living room /dining room with two comfortable sofas. (This is actually a 4-bedroom home; two rooms are reserved for owner storage.)
