Looking for Grad students, working professional to share this amazing house. The house is huge, shiningly beautiful and newly renovated. 1200 sq feet (first floor) on three levels plus back yard with a porch and deck. Space for parking also available for a fee. Zone is a beautiful 25-minute walk from Harvard campus, 7-minute walk from Alewife, 10 from Porter and Davis. The house is in a residential zone. On the first floor shared dining room, living room and kitchen (plus a half bathroom and washing machines closet) making up one continuous space. You will fall in love and be thankful you choose this house. I am looking to rent a furnished master bedroom with own bathroom and private entrance in the first floor.
