Muswell Hill is an Edwardian village teeming with life and with easy access to woods and parks as well as transport links into London and beyond. The centre of Muswell Hill is literally a couple of minutes walk, where you will find interesting, independent cafes, shops and restaurants – including a world famous fish and chip shop and Martyns, one of the oldest dry goods provision stores in London, who also roast their own coffee beans and sell from the shop. There are also banks, supermarkets (Waitrose, Marks & Spencers, Sainsburys) as well as Planet Organic and several clothes shops. There is a Sunday morning Farmers’ Market, a 5 minute walk away. HIGHGATE WOOD and the charming HIGHGATE VILLAGE (and Highgate Cemetery) are a twenty minute walk, Hampstead village & Hampstead Heath (and Kenwood House) about 2 miles and Camden Town & Camden Market are about 4 miles. Staying here lets you experience the best of life in London - even in these difficult times...whilst providing a green, quiet haven to live and work in. The apartment has free on street parking and is conveniently located for easy access to most London Universities (e.g. Birkbeck, SOAS and UCL can be reached in 20 minutes, LSE in 25), Whittington, UCL, and Middlesex Hospitals.
