Very bright and calm 1-bedroom typically Parisian flat, with old and beautiful wooden floor and high ceiling. It is located on the last floor (5th, no elevator) of a 1920's building in a dead end so you are never bothered with cars and there is a clear view on Paris' roofs. The bedroom is very pleasant with a double bed and a big cupboard for your clothes. There is a small bathroom (with a small bathtub!) and separate toilets. The set up of the bathroom is a bit peculiar as it opens on the bedroom (see picture). The kitchen has everything you could need and a washing machine. The apartment was completely renovated in fall 2024. Then there is the best part of the flat: a very big double living room (30 sq meters/300 sq ft) with 4 large windows than illuminate the whole flat and an opening toward a lovely balcony. The balcony is big enough for you to have breakfast or a drink over Paris'roofs. There is a comfortable foldable couch in the living room. The neighborhood is very pleasant: you're at Les Gobelins, 5 minutes away from the lovely rue Mouffetard, its street market, and its amazing bakeries, very close to the jardin des Plantes, jardin du Luxembourg and quartier latin as well! It is one of the best locations in town to feel close to everything without living in a too crowded and noisy area. There are plenty of buses just down the flat (27, 47, 57, 67, 83) and metro lines (5,6,7) that would bring you everywhere you need but there are also nice restaurants, bars, bakeries in the area of the flat. Don't hesitate to ask me for advice!
