David's place is cosy and a great place to stay. The location is fantastic, very close to many subway lines, shops, restaurants, galleries, and the west side highway. Apartment is on the older and smaller side, but everything is functional and fine for a short term stay. If you have any issues, David is very responsive and helpful. He also has a very impressive book collection!

David's apartment is a charming, comfortable, and perfectly located for a stay in New York. David was a gracious host and all amenities are exactly as described, with air conditioning that consistently battled this summer's heatwave. The apartment is conveniently located near a few MTA stops and within walking distance of great restaurants and entertainment. Personally, I spent a few evenings at the Village Vanguard, and consistently made it to the Highline or Little Island for a walk at sunset. Would definitely return given the opportunity!

I stayed at David's NYC studio for three weeks in January 2024. His place is excellently located in the West Village, I had an amazing time walking to many great restaurants and art galleries–and accessing subway stops all within a 5-10 minute walk from his place. The place itself feels like a cozy writer's studio, full of wonderful books. It has what you'll need to be comfortable, and it's very safe at any time (I had a lot of late night returns home). David was communicative, great to engage with, and kind. Everything went smoothly including key hand-off, payment, and anything else that came up. I loved my stay at David's place and would stay there again. Thanks, David!
