Located in the Foothill area on the north side San Roque neighborhood of Santa Barbara, this quaint 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment has a private and separate entrance on our 1/4-acre property. This attached rental is located in a safe and peaceful residential neighborhood. There is designated parking off-street (big enough for 2 compact cars), your own washer/dryer laundry room with a utility sink and extra storage, kitchen, outdoor dining table, queen-sized Tempurpedic bed, as well as a bathroom with shower. Floors are porcelain tile. There is heating, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, as well as a space heater and portable fan. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven/stovetop, fridge, microwave, sink, Keurig (a coffee maker is also available), silverware, dishes, pots and pans, and dish towels. We have Wifi, "Smart" HDTVs (one in living room, one in bedroom), Alexa, and best of all, a beautifully landscape-designed garden area with an outdoor gas firepit. See photos, and we can provide more if requested of different details. It's a hidden oasis and just minutes to hospitals, Downtown SB, a Whole Foods, Peet's Coffee, and restaurants. We are very centrally located, and about 4-5 minute drive to freeway on-ramps. We are about a: 10-minute drive to UC Santa Barbara; a 12-minute drive to the SB Airport; a 12-15 minute drive to downtown. The beach is a couple miles away. We are a pet-free and smoke-free environment. Not suitable for children. No parties or events. Furnished. We do not accommodate additional furniture.
