A lovely and comfortable apartment in a property of the seventeenth century, in the Balduina district, close to the Vatican City, is waiting for you! The apartment is located in the quiet inner garden full of century-old trees and roses. The house has been completely restored and organized with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower, a large room lit by two windows overlooking the garden, where there is a double bed, wardrobe and a small area with table and television. At disposal for our guests there is a washing machine. It is located in another local on the ground floor a few meters from the apartment. You can do washer anytime without the hassle of its noise. The house is enriched by the ancient ceiling with wooden beams and terracotta floors. Immediately outside the house you can linger over a wide terrace with table and chairs to enjoy a moment of relax. The apartment is complete with everything you need for a pleasant holiday in Rome. The apartment is located in a strategic position to reach the Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria, the Villa Stuart clinic and Villa Miani on Via Trionfale. The Olympic Stadium, where normally take place in international interest sporting events and major concerts can be easily reached by bus. A 3 minutes walk from the apartment by a stairs of about hundred steps or 5 minutes by street you find the bus stop (n° 913) that will take you directly into the heart of Rome, where you can discover the best shops and restaurants in the capital. A 14 minutes by walk you find the stop Cipro metro line A which in a few minutes you're in the heart of Rome: Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Barberini, Termini station. Within walking distance is the train Rome-Viterbo linking the main stations in Rome (St. Peter, Trastevere, Ostiense) and provides a convenient connection to the airport of Fiumicino. Two train stops from home you have the Policlinico Gemelli University Hospital, Catholic University of the Sacred Heart. The train then gives you the possibility of an alternative trip: visit Viterbo, the city of the Popes. This Lazio town is little known but with a beautiful medieval town center. If you want to move on foot and know the surroundings, with a 15-minute walk you are in the neighborhood Triumphal, next to the Vatican City with its museum known all over the world. You can visit and buy local products, fruits and vegetables in the market Triumphal , one of the largest and most characteristic local markets of Rome, you can go shopping in Via Candia, a street known for its many shops. If you want to explore the neighborhood Balduina discover unusual angles and breathtaking views of the Eternal City. You can walk or jogging in the Natural Reserve of Monte Mario, get to the Zodiac and the Observatory for discovering Rome from above. Walking to piazzale Socrate off to have a spectacular image of the dome of St. Peter. Visit the Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria, with its shops, here you will find a taxi rank. The Balduina area is full of shops, supermarket baked by local products; apparel shops with particular brands sought the shops of wide distribution, from the Roman trattorias sought to restaurants.
