A 1-2 person studio with a small open kitchen and meeting/eating area, a large lounge or work room, a nice bathroom (with a skylight), and an additional around-the-corner space for office/work-desk area or relaxation and/or sleep. The layout of the studio is open. Currently there is a nice double bed is around a corner from the living room – there are not doors between the two. (The furnishing drafted on the drawn floor plan does not correspond 100% to the actual furnishing right now.) The apartment is on the top floor (5th floor) of a small, calm house with families. NOTE: There is no elevator/lift! Also, it is a studio, and "Anmeldung" is not possible. The area is one of the favorite Kreuzberg areas, surrounded by Mariannen Platz and the park around Bethanien, Lausitzer Platz with its Parisian cafés, playgrounds and enormous trees, and Oranienstrasse, the local "high street" with a myriad of shops, small restaurants, clubs, and bars. Yet the building itself - and especially the top floor - is quiet and calm.
