Private garden duplex in heart of Los Angeles

I stayed here while on sabbatical at UCLA with my 4 year old and we had an absolutely wonderful stay! Rosina and Nick are fantastic hosts who made us feel so comfortable and cared for. The place is newly renovated, clean, comfortable with a huge backyard. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful time staying at this mid-Wilshire property. I initially intended to sublet it for a semester but had enjoyed the place so much that I extended the stay for two years. The apartment is fully equipped with everything from new appliances to furniture, which made my move to LA so much easier. The garden, the small office, and the proximity to the Grove and LACMA have been incredible bonuses. Rosina and Nick have been exceptional landlords who take great care of the property and are quick to deal with maintenance issues. I am grateful for their hospitality and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable renting experience at the heart of Los Angeles.

This home was perfect. The house is located in the back, so there's no street noise--not that there would be, since it's located in a beautiful residential area with lovely gardens and tree-lined streets. The apartment itself has everything one could need, and everything is new, clean, and very well-kept. The garden is beautiful, and the hosts take good care of it, so it felt like an extra luxury to be able to enjoy it without having to worry about watering the roses or mowing the lawn.

Wilshire Vista is centrally located in LA, and you can be pretty much anywhere you'd like to be in 20 minutes or less (by car), which is a major if you want to explore the city. The hosts were great and very easy to communicate with.

We stayed here for six weeks and it was hard to leave -- The hosts have created an ideal environment that is comfortable and peaveful for anyone who would like to study but also have the entire city nearby. The apartment is bright, with all modern appliances, a study, and access to a gorgeous garden. Everything was ideal, and the hosts were kind and attentive. Highly recommended!

Our only regret is that we did not book a longer stay! The apartment/duplex was all newly renovated with furniture, washer and dryer, kitchen supplies and everything we needed to live very comfortably for a month. The best part of the space was beautiful and peaceful garden in the back yard which was even accessible from the living room! The landlords where very accommodating and communicative over every detail of our stay, and overall, extremely polite and friendly throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying here, you are in the best part of the city where everything is accessible, and the price of the stay is more than reasonable.
