We are the home owners and live in the in-law unit on the lower part of the property. Our home is two floors with spacious living areas. We have wonderful east-west sun exposure. There is a bus stop one block away and Bart is about a 15 minute walk. We have a family run grocery store 2 blocks away and big stores about a mile away. Our area is great for walks and filled with beautiful gardens and wonderful neighbors.
