A dining area leads to fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and W/D in the pantry. Off the kitchen is a back deck for morning coffee and access to the backyard. There is a full bath on the first floor. Upstairs are both bedrooms, another full bathroom and hall with a reading area. The larger bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, two dressers, sitting area with a sofa and desk. The second bedroom has a queen bed, wardrobe and desk. In the hall, double doors lead to the backyard and steps up to a large patio with a table and umbrella, where you can enjoy outdoor meals and expansive views. This has been our family home for 15 years, it is fully furnished, including our art and books. It is a comfortable space for a short-term stay or visit to Los Angeles. There is off-street parking and only a 7-minute walk to A Line Metro Station, even closer to several bus lines that run on Figueroa St, and to two bike paths along the Los Angeles River and the Arroyo Seco. It is conveniently located, next to Highland Park, Glasel Park and Eagle Rock, and a short drive to South Pasadena/Pasadena, Downtown, Silverlake and Echo Park neighborhoods, and to Elysian Park and Griffith Park.
