About

I'm a full professor at Pratt Institute which is just over a mile away. I've lived in my apt for over 20 years and renovated twice. It's a sweet apartment in a historic 8 unit building 3 minutes from the Botanical Gardens and the Brooklyn Museum. It has a lot going for it, especially if you prefer cozy to high rise condo...Cozy but highly contemporary vis. the renovations--check out the Brooklyn Brownstone link.. I have most amenities except a dishwasher, new paint job with water-based Farrow and Ball paint. The apartment is airy because it uniquely has three sides of windows--doesn't abut another building. I'm a writer and it has lots of desks and places to get work done including a designated studio that is appropriate for visual work or desk work.. High speed internet, great cooking kitchen with brand new oven/stove. Stereo and turntable, books, TV. Exclusive Rooftop Patio! I'm spending more time upstate and can be flexible and make way for your stay. It's in a wonderful neighborhood. My apartment makes a lot of people happy!
