Our hosts could not have been more hospitable and forthcoming with ideas on how to enjoy the great location for their rental. Communication throughout our tenure was always first class. We have no hesitation in recommeding their apartment along with how throughly delighful they are as hosts.

I was looking for a lovely, affordable, fully-furnished rental close to a main bus route in Vancouver, with all of the expenses already included in the price. Friends and colleagues said I was looking for a 'unicorn' but this place is the real deal. It's an absolutely lovely home with bus stops right outside the building, is very quiet for being along a main street (can hear the seagulls in the morning), is full of sunlight, super-clean, close to all shopping and grocery stores, a few blocks from the ocean, and has everything you need to live. All you have to do is unpack and settle in. I bought a condo down the street but would otherwise rent from Bev again in a hearbeat.
