Tastefully furnished and freshly updated 1 bedroom, ground level apartment, private entrance on south side of owner occupied century home. 15-20 minute walk to Queen's University or 10 minute bus ride. Bus stop at curb in front of house. Gas fireplace, gleaming hardwood floors, A/C. Parking. Grocery stores nearby. We are a couple who have 2 children at university in Ottawa and Quebec City. We have a friendly, 12 year old Labrador Retriever. We live in the main house and the apartment is on south side of house with a private entrance at the rear of house.
