Has a new and minimal feel, and is more like a blank slate with great furniture for you to feel at home in. Comes equipped with tasteful pots, pans, plates, sheets, towels, etc. Restaurants: Outstanding vegetarian/vegan food around the corner (I get food from there several times a week). Great diverse restraruants. Best Trinidian food in all NYC across the street, not joking. CENTRAL PARK less than a mile south. Marcus Garvey park across the street to get your steps in. Friendly and safe and visually stunning. Great bathroom - full bath. Kitchen is a jewel, a truly beautiful space to make food in together or solo, with great stools right there to keep the space open - for whatever you want for it. The bed can be removed in the second bedroom and be an awesome office, desk set up, closet space, natural light, trees in front view :)
