Ideal for a couple or visiting academic wanting to be close to the city or universities. It is our Federation home, with character but renovated with airconditioning/heat pumps. Pleasant 5-10 minute walk ( or one light rail stop) through Jubilee Park to the Tram Sheds for food, restaurants and cafes. Less than 100m from Rozelle Bay light rail station. Very easy access by this or buses to city centre (20 minutes). University of Sydney 2km, RPA hospital 2.5km. Swift motorway access; 12 minute drive from Sydney Domestic/international airport. Easy onstreet parking on quiet cul-de sac. The available time indicated is when we are away, so the house would be your own, with upstairs closed off. Guests have the entire ground floor with queen bed (with the view as indicated), and ensuite bathroom, dining room and kitchen/lounge. Very nice relaxing front porch; marvellous for a sunny breakfast.

Comments: We are letting the entire downstairs of our home whilst we are overseas. Overlooking the harbour, < 100m from light rail (15 mins to convention centre, 20mins to George St China Town), 200m from Jubilee Park, in a cul de sac. 12 mins car to airport.
