We own a small duplex in West Berkeley. It is full of light with a spacious loft-like feeling and bamboos one two sides.. The Garden is very private with a green egg and regular charcoal. The main floor has a living room, dining room and kitchen, and a closed bedroom. Downstairs is an office-guest room that gives into the yard. There is an old Greenhouse in the yard that we converted into a "pandemic helath club" with a few weights.
