Description
This is a renovated 1920s home with 4 bedrooms (2 full beds and 2 twin beds) and 3 full bathrooms (all with tubs). We have a large unfenced back yard and a patio with a grill and fire pit (gas and wood). It's a great walkable neighborhood minutes from Vanderbilt (5 min by car, 15 by foot) and really nice neighbors. I am a university professor at Vanderbilt and Kings College London. I have two teen kids and we are spending the summer in Europe and I'm keen to find someone to rent to, partially to care for the home. We are easygoing and currently have done several house exchanges over on HomeExchange.

Comments: 1920s renovated home. Lots of charm. Lovely neighborhood. Quiet street with sidewalks and free street parking. Walkable to Vanderbilt, 21st Ave cafes and restaurants, Dragon park! This is our home, so appreciate tenants who are good house keepers :)
