I would like to rent my place to someone who likes it quiet, loves to tend a small garden and treats my home with care. My home is very close to the Huntington gardens, Pasadena city college and California Institute of Technology. Professors, students at these institutions, and folks in the gardening world would make ideal candidates. My home is the back house to the main house. The front neighbors are a very quiet, friendly and helpful young couple who make the best neighbors. We share a common driveway. Parking is available on the street at $4/night charged by the City of Pasadena between 2 am- 6 am.
