Description
We are in the last year of a 5-years university sabbatical in Montreal and need someone to take care of our house as if it were theirs. We bought the apartment ten years ago and refurbished it completely. We are super open-minded about anyone willing to stay here. Our apartment is opposite the port, 5 minutes away from the beach. It is located in the coastal area of Vilanova (the old city center is a 10-minute walk), but with all the services nearby. The apartment is rented to a single person who is in the house 1 week every month, and during this week, it would be shared with her. She is clean and very discreet. Vilanova is a 60.000 inhabitants city, with continuous train connections (every 10-15 minutes) to Barcelona, famous for its gastronomy, cultural life, and kindness to families with children.

Comments: The apartment is partially rented to a person that only lives there 1 week per month. The large bedroom would be fully available. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms would be shared. There is an extra WC, apart from the main bathroom
