Looking for a mature and responsibility tenant so that the space is enhanced. The right tenant must be friendly with the immediate neighbors, have a house-sitting mindset, and, foremost, be excellent at communication. Neatniks, plant lovers and other nurturers are sought. What is in the house is there to be used, but loving attention and respect is needed for the plants and the furniture. Caretaking includes regular sweeping, wiping, and oiling furniture. The overseer must be notified immediately of any problems. Pests is a problem easily prevented with the right conscientious cleaning habits and use of the pest service.
