Will be renting out the main level of my home, as I move to live in its finished basement. To ensure everyone's privacy, the house was restructured as a split-level home with *no* door or stairs between the main level and basement, which each has its own entrance. Dates are flexible and could range from one academic year to multiple academic years. All utilities are included. With 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, a peaceful backyard, a pastoral setting, and an ideal location, this could be a perfect rental space for either a small family, or for two or three graduate students, visiting scholars, or non-academic professionals. In the case of a family or two roommates, one room could be used as a study, as the size of either room should allow for two large desks and/or work areas. RECENTLY UPDATED: freshly painted; brand-new, high-end washer and dryer; recessed lighting; new 52-inch ceiling fans & lights in all rooms; modern outlets (with built-in usb chargers and LAN and HDMI connectivity) throughout; plus additional attractive features.
