Our home is a two-floor house with a huge garden a few steps away from the St Lawrence River. Our garden is There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor, a possibility to have another one in the basement and 2 bathrooms. The ground floor is an open space with a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The house is ideal for a family or anyone who enjoys nature, outdoor space in an urban environment close to the city centre. We love our neighbourhood because it is quiet even if we are 10 minutes away from downtown Montreal. There are many French and English speaking primary and secondary schools in the neighbourhood. You may enjoy a daily stroll or run on the riverbank which is only a few steps away. The closest subways (metros) are Jolicoeur (7 min by bike) or Monk and De l’église stations (7 min bus ride) both on the green metro line. There are many convenience stores, a café, a market, the public library and a pharmacy within walking distance. Wellington street is very lively and has excellent restaurants and bakeries.

Comments: We want to swap or rent our home during my sabbatical that can be any moment from January to September 2027. For a swap, we need to be based in the Netherlands as my research collaborators based over there.
