Ideal for a faculty visiting MIT/ Harvard / BU / clinical fellow at Longwood for a few months. The absolute minimal term is four months, I will not respond if you ask me about shorter rentals. Perfect for an individual or a small family - you will be interviewed by the board of our building to permit the sublet. The apartment is furnished, beautiful building high ceiling, close to MFA, Longwood Medical Area, Amory park, many restaurants. Please email with your phone number and detailed situation of what you are looking for, who will be living at the apartment, etc. No students / roommate situations, no pets. You do not have to be a visiting faculty but that's the kind of situation we strongly prefer since we are a family of academics leaving for a sabbatical for a few months. There is a parking spot you can sub-let from us separately from extra $250/month right next to the building. Laundry is free in the building, it is designated 3 bedroom but it's more like - master bedroom, - small child's room / office - another large office / bedroom - living room - kitchennete you can use our bikes ! 6th floor of a tall 6th floor building with a roof deck
