We are two retired academics who have lived in this 1901 Edwardian house since 1976 and have been renting out the top floor, which is self-contained, for 16 years, having had 10 sets of tenants for longer or shorter periods. The house is very close to West Finchley tube station on the northern line, so giving quick access to the Bloomsbury university area as well to as well as other parts of central London. Nearby are shops, cafes, parks & green spaces. The flat can house a couple or a single person. The kitchen is fully equipped (electric oven, gas hob, toaster, microwave, slow cooker, fridge-freezer), and there is also linen (sheets and towels). The study/office has a large desk, filing cabinet and bookshelf. The sitting room has sofa, chairs, TV, cupboard, and also a spare bed for a guest. The bedroom has cupboards, drawers, double bed, washbasin. All rooms have central heating. The bathroom has shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. There is a large garden with pond, lawn and trees We are looking for tenants who are quiet, trustworthy, and respectful who will commit for at least 6 months
