Our house is in the Kamini district midway from the port to the very top of the hill of Hydra, Greece. It is very well positioned as it is a short walk to the port and to the Kamini beach. The house was recently completely renovated to a high standard with modern amenities. It is on two floors. The downstairs is one big open space with an open kitchen, dining and living room. It also leads to a studio/office. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The upstairs can be reached either by an indoor staircase or the outdoor staircase. There is another full outdoor bathroom where the washer is. It has a large beautiful garden with many old trees and a wall that surrounds the entire property ensuring privacy and tranquility. The garden is also on two levels with multiple sitting areas. The house measures about 110 sq m but with the garden, the property is about 250 sq m.

Comments: There are many beaches nearby within a 10 minute walk. Also from the port one can take ferries to other beautiful beaches only accessible by ferry.
