We are offering our cozy two-bedroom London apartment to rent or swap for a similar place in Palo Alto, CA. The apartment is on the second floor but opens onto an elevated inner courtyard. It has a small private patio, central heating, a video projector, a dishwasher, and a washing machine/dryer. The place is ideal for a couple or a small family. The location is halfway between Angel and Highbury & Islington and popular with both families and young professionals. The apartment is quiet, but there are many shops, restaurants, and bars just outside. There are also good transport connections by bus, underground (Northern and Victoria lines), and train (St Pancras International is a 30-minute walk away).
