Description
I am an Associate Research Professor in Drexel's Dornsife School of Public Health out of country for an NIH grant and seeking an individual (s) to rent a room in my place while I am away for short or long-term. The place is quite close to UPenn or Drexel main campus on public transit (<10 min), bike (8-10 min), or walking (20-25 min). Currently, one bedroom (top floor) is rented by a postdoc at Drexel. There is one bedroom available that includes a queen bed, desk & office chair, lamps, and closet storage and has its own bathroom (not attached to the room, but right next to it). The shared space with the other tenant is the kitchen/living area that is furnished with appliances & essentials (dining table & chairs, dishes, utensils, cooking tools, food storage, etc.) and the laundry area that includes a washer and dryer.

Comments: The private room has its own bathroom on the main floor, just outside the door, but not connected directly to the room. The kitchen and living space is shared with a Drexel postdoc who is in another private room on the top floor.
