I'm looking for a mature, quiet, responsible individual for a NYC housesit-sublet situation in a lovely, bright home, situated in one of the single most coveted and convenient locations in New York City. With peaceful views of trees, birds and sky, this is a great place to focus in on work, to relax, or easily get out to anywhere in in New York City, Long Island or beyond. You'll be minutes from a major transportation hub and virtually every subway line plus the Long Island Railroad, along with lots of Citibike stands, as well as shops, cafes, restaurants, yoga and fitness studios, galleries, world-class theaters and cinemas, parks and more. I love my neighborhood and my city, and will be happy to offer guidance and help with logistics, along with a detailed guide that also covers the apartment's features. This an incredible deal for NYC -- and even more so for this highly coveted neighborhood. My place is a modest, cozy place with all the character of in an old pre-war walk-up - from high tin-pressed ceilings to uneven floors. There is plenty of hot water and a huge, deep tub. The place also has everything you need from linens to microwave and toaster to bike helmet and yoga mat. Longterm stay preferable.
