Beautiful sun-lit apartment for sublet for 1 week (August 13-20)

We would like to sublet our beautiful and spacious apartment while we are away. The building is located in the Lenox & W 116 Street area, with lots of cafes, restaurants, supermarket, and local transportation (subway and buses). Central park is 7 blocks away. and Morningside Park is 3 blocks away. The apartment is and feels very spacious and has a lot of natural light. ** Please note that this is our home, not an Airbnb or "vacation" rental.* There is a big living & dining room, an office space to work, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and washer), a bedroom with a twin bed and a full bathroom. There is a Fine Fare supermarket around the corner and a Whole Foods 8 blocks away. There is access to lots of public transportation in the area. We are both faculty and travel a lot. If interested, I can send more pics or show you the place on a video-call. The sublet for the whole period is $1250 with utilities included. We are leaving a lot of our stuff in the other bedroom, which will not be available, so the sublet price is for one person only.
