Looking for a respectful, quiet, non-smoking tenant or couple to stay minimum 1 month in my furnished studio. Vibrant neighborhood with cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets but the studio is on a quiet street. Airy and tranquil. PLEASE NOTE: 6th floor walk-up without an elevator Access to métro lines 7, 9, 8, 4 and 5 NO PARTIES There will be some room to store your belongings in the closet but you must be ok with my belongings remaining in the studio for the duration of your stay.
