It's on the fifth floor and faces a small private square on one side and a public park on the other. The appartment gets direct sunlight in the morning, as well as at sunset. The building is in "La Goutte d'Or", the cosmopolitan neighbourhood of the 18th district. One of the best Boulangeries of Paris is 1mn away, as well a concert-hall dedicated to jazz music. There are plenty of bars and great restaurants in the neighbourhood and the basilic of Montmartre is 15mn away by foot. I've been living here for close to 7 years and I love this place!
