Sunny & spacious apartment in Munich with a sun terrace in a quiet garden. You'll find everything you need for an inspiring scholarly visit in the lovely Bavarian capitol. Enjoy my cozy home base or explore both, the city as well as the alpine landscape. This sunny and spacious apartment has a large terrace within a lovely garden. The building is a family home with two apartments, 2-minutes away from the subway station and a shopping center. The apartment is fully furnished. It has one bedroom, a living room with an office-corner set-up, a dining room, kitchen and bathroom equipped with a large shower. The kitchen and dining room have access to the terrace, which has chairs, a small table, and an awning for summer lounging. This is a very quiet building, with kind neighbors. The street is also quiet. We have a remote-doorbell system. There is a garage with two bikes, as well as a parking place. Washing machine and dryer is part of the also newly furnished kitchen. Neighborhood & Access: The apartment is a 2-minute walk to subway. It is about 12-minutes to main station and about 13 minutes to LMU Munich or TU Munich by subway. Taking the bike, it is a 12-minute ride to Lake Feldmoching or a 15-minute ride to Schloss Schleissheim (filming location of Kubrick’s “Paths of Glory”); it takes about 40 minutes to Airport Munich by U/S-Bahn. Conditions: The monthly cost includes all utilities, which covers light, heating, water, and Wi-Fi. This is a smoke-free apartment. You'll have enough space for your clothings and belongings. The apartment provides a TV as well as a small printer in the office.
