This lovely apartment is located in the trendy and bustling 11th arrondissement with easy access to everything. It is bathed in natural light and is extremely quiet. Close to several metro lines, next to Voltaire, the Seine, Bastille, Pete Lachaise cemetery and the Marais, this is the place to be! Only a 10m walk from the famous growers’ market between Bastille and République, in this quartier you can find most kinds of food, funky neighbourhood cafes, cool boutique bars, concept stores and cheap eats. The apartment space has recently been renovated and feels open and generous. It is most comfortable for a couple or single person. The bedroom is cosy with a comfortable queen bed. A bath/shower and sink is adjacent to the bedroom and there is a separate toilet. The kitchen has modern fittings and appliances. If needed, there is a large sofa bed in the living room. All linen is provided, and there is a washer/dryer on premises. This clean, beautiful, comfortable, extremely quiet space allows you to enjoy the best of Paris from a central location. Not suitable for young children or groups of backpackers or students. I’m away for family and work so dates are limited to May. For practical reasons can only accept one week minimum stays.
