We are looking to rent out our newly renovated, fully-furnished historic house in the heart of Providence's College Hill from January 1-May 31, 2027 (dates flexible). The house was built in 1800 and renovated a few years ago. The first floor features a sun-drenched kitchen with a marble island and all necessary appliances, a living room with a TV and wall-to-wall custom bookshelves, a dining room, a study with a standing desk and a couch, a full bathroom, and a sunroom. The second floor consists of three bedrooms all with queen beds, including one master with a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite with a bath and a rain shower, a third full bathroom, and a washer/dryer. The backyard has a brick patio and a gas grill. The driveway has parking for 2 cars. There is air conditioning in the living/dining room and fans in all the bedrooms and the study. The house occupies the first two floors of the building. The third floor is a separate apartment with its own entrance on the opposite side of the house. The house is a 5 minute walk to Brown/RISD and a 20 minute walk to Providence's main train station (from which you can take trains to Boston/NYC).
