The apartment is the recently remodeled back half of what's now a two-unit house. It's a tiny apartment with a funky layout, but it's comfortable and functional and the location and neighbors are great. There's off-street parking, a private entrance, a big backyard, a back deck and shed, laundry off the back deck, and a side patio with a pergola (working on the jasmine) that's a really nice place for morning coffee or late night dinners. Pet-friendly (there's usually a dog living here).

Comments: House is on a tree-filled lot on a quiet street in a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood. It's not fancy but it's friendly. There are two coffeeshops in walking distance, bike lanes and bus routes around the corner, and wonderful neighbors.
