We are librarians who live in a house in San Francisco with Nell, our Jack Russell Terrier Mix. We are spending the end of the 2026 fall semester in NYC area. We have a home in San Francisco that we would like to rent or exchange for a house or apartment in the NYC area. Our house is a great home base to explore the City and the Bay Area. We live in a two bedroom, single family house with garage and garden in the Excelsior district. It is a quiet, diverse neighborhood and we are near McLaren Park - a large park for dog walks, with playgrounds and hiking trails. We are up the hill from Mission St. taquerias, restaurants and Safeway. We are close to public transportation. With a car it's a 15 minute drive to the beach, 10 minutes to Bernal Heights and Mission District.
