I am now retired and working part time on line. I have two homes. A beach apartment in Santa Barbara and a very large log home in Lander, Wyoming which is 150 miles from entrance to Yellowstone National Park and 120 miles to Teton National Park. My apartment in Santa Barbara is ideally located, only 2 blocks to the ocean and 3 blocks to State street with restaurants, music and all that SB has to offer. My travel dates are flexible and will do a direct exchange or whatever works best for you! I do have a cat in Wyoming but I am not taking pets in either location. I can provide use of a car in both locations. If an exchange isn't possible, I can offer rentals at both locations. The pictures below are of Santa Barbara, but Wyoming pictures are available upon request.

Comments: Santa Barbara is a smoke free city. There is no smoking in or around the unit. There are roses and flowers in the courtyard and an orange and tangerine tree in front.

Comments: There is a shared patio with 3 tables and numerous chairs for outside dining. Unit has a private sun area with lounge chairs, pads, and umbrella. Washer and dryer downstairs and shared with 2 other units.

Comments: I have a home in Wyoming and would be open to an exchange at that location. I am very flexible on dates. I would also be open to exchange the property in Santa Barbara for your location. I am currently retired from UCSB.
