Pretty house in a quiet location close to the centre of Headington, which is a suburb of Oxford. Guests will be able to access the entire house without any restrictions. The house is advertised for three people including a couple as there are two bedrooms, one of which has a king-size double bed and the other has a single bed. The house is about 10 minutes’ walk from Oxford Brookes University and about 40 minutes’ walk from the University of Oxford and Oxford city centre. There is an excellent bus service into Oxford which takes about 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic. The bus stops are close to the house. The centre of Oxford is a world-famous tourist destination and there and lots of things to do and see. There are also bus stops close to the house with an excellent bus service to and from central London and direct bus services to the London airports at Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton. Headington is a busy suburb of Oxford and the local facilities include shops, restaurants, pubs, take-aways, cafes, and a park, all within a few minutes’ walk from the house. There are also some large and beautiful parks between Headington and the centre of Oxford. The house is close to the Old Headington Conservation Area and is also close to the main Oxford hospitals including the Oxford University Hospitals (John Radcliffe, Churchill and Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre) and the Manor Hospital, which is a private Nuffield Health hospital. The house is on a terrace of ten houses and is accessed via a footpath from a private car park which is also used by other residents. There is a private car parking space for the house within the car park. The front door opens into a spacious and light 2-storey living room with a settee and armchairs, and a television with access to Amazon, Netflix, etc. There is also a dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. There is a small gravel patio area at the front of the house with a table and chairs for sitting out. The patio is surrounded by rose bushes and other plants. There is also a small outdoor paved area at the back of the house which provides a private space for sitting out. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a king-size double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is also a single bedroom and a bathroom with a bath that has a modern shower. There is a balcony overlooking the living room with a desk, which we use as an office space. It is a lovely space to work as it overlooks the very green front patio. The house has high-speed broadband which is provided by a router in the living room. There is a folder giving instructions on how to use the various appliances in the house. We also provide our contact details to our guests in case any assistance is needed.
