This is a light-filled and vibrant 1920s home that has been updated for comfort and enjoyment. I will be on sabbatical and looking for someone who will enjoy living here. The neighbourhood is wonderful and we are well situated overlooking the river and across from a park yet walking/biking distance to Notre Dame, Saint Mary's, Memorial Hospital and the shops/restaurants of Eddy Street Commons, Howard Park, and downtown South Bend.
