The Urban Ivy is a modern guesthouse in the heart of South Park in San Diego, walking distance to independent local shops, restaurants and public transit. 10 minutes from beaches, downtown, Balboa Park, Petco Park, Mission Valley, and everything San Diego has to offer. The space The Urban Ivy was built in 2020. It includes a full kitchen with bar seating, living room with TV, sofa, desk and comfy chair. One bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom with shower. There's also a roomy closet with a place to hang clothes, drawers and a full size washer and dryer. The Urban Ivy features zoned heating and air, so you can stay cool or cozy no matter what temperatures we're 'suffering' through in San Diego (usually 70 and sunny!). Another great feature is the private patio space with dining table and chairs, gas grill and lounge chairs, great for dining outside or enjoying a glass of wine or some craft beer. The kitchen is well stocked everything you need to cook up a great meal. The space is small, but very well organized and the high ceilings and private outdoor space makes everything flow well. The Urban Ivy is in an urban setting (thus the name). From time to time there will be city noise (neighbors, construction, helicopters, people walking by, etc.). The setting also means you are within a few blocks walking to great restaurants and independent shops.
