The main bedroom has a brand new king size bed, a full size closet and dressers. Fully equipped kitchen with high end finishes and opens to the dining room and living room. Kitchen features a well-thought out cabinets, below counter built-in microwave, disposal, and custom lighting. Dedicated knife drawers make for an intuitive cooking space, as well as hidden pull-out trash and recycling. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and a jacuzzi tub. There is a washer/dryer in the basement, storage, and an EV outlet in the garage. There is fast internet and a Roku, so you can log in to all of your streaming services and accounts! The kitchen comes fully stocked, and there will be basic linens (towels, sheets, etc.) available for your use during your stay. There is an outdoor balcony with furniture and lights; it is a perfect spot to sit and relax in the morning. Rent includes water utilities, electricity recycling, trash, snow removal, HOA fees, and internet. Electricity is powered by solar panels. Pets negotiable for an additional fee. The townhouse is in a complex with mature, quiet, and kind neighbors. Unfortunately, this space is not accessible as it has multiple flights of stairs, and steps up to get in the front door. Located on the border of Florence and Northampton, it is a 5 minute drive to vibrant downtown Northampton, 20 minutes drive to Amherst, and under 10 minutes drive to Smith College. It is approximately a 30 minute walk to Smith College (and the B43 bus stop to UMass). There is access to the bike path around the corner, an easy and beautiful way to ride around the entire Pioneer Valley from right outside your door. Walking distance from Big Y and Walmart, with nearby access to I-91. The neighborhood is a lovely residential area of town, and the Northampton bike path is right next door! Note: this is my home, so I hope to find a tenant that will be respectful while I'm away! Most of the personal knicknacks that you see in the photos have been removed so you can make it feel like your own space while renting. There are some items in storage in the basement, but there is still plenty of space for your own storage in the basement and the garage.
