Beautiful VIENNA Penthouse!! spacious duplex apartment with AC, elevator

We absolutely loved our one month stay in Marin’s apartment. It’s spacious, bright, has everything you need and very much became our home away from home in no time. With a great metro line at the end of the street, you can be almost anywhere in under 30mins. But you’re also close enough to walk to anything in the city. We cooked happily at home, and enjoyed the view of Karlskirche from the terrace. We would stay again in a heartbeat. If this apartment is available, grab it and enjoy all this incredible city has to offer. Thank you Marin!

Excellent communication from first contact & everything about this rental went smoothly. The apartment is in a lovely, quiet area mostly residential with great restaurants & groceries etc. within a block or two. 15 min walk into Opera square - or 2 min subway ride from station on the corner. The light filled apartment (with elevator!) was spacious and spotlessly clean. The upstairs terrace is a treat with great views. Beds are super comfortable, A/C works well, all kitchen & cleaning supplies are readily available. There was no TV hookup during our stay but we read & streamed what we needed- fast internet. A 12" high step up into the bath/shower may be difficult for those with mobility/stability issues. A 5 star stay!
