This flat is available from August to early January. I am in cross-cultural training field and my partner is in film industry. We are in mid 40s. The flat has 2 bedroom and we keep our bedroom. When you rent the flat, you have your own bedroom and can use the whole flat except our bedroom. I might be in London for a long weekend once a while. Most of the time you will be alone in the flat. Your bedroom has a 120 cm wide bed, a desk, a chair and big storage for cloths and suitcase. It is suitable for one person. The flat is in zone 2 with 3 stations in short working distance:- 1. Bromley-by-Bow (District Line, green one) 2. Bow Road (District Line, green one) 3. Bow Church (DLR) Kind's College London: 30 minute by district line, door to door Queen Mary University: 6 min by bike or 25 min by foot or 10 minutes by bus The Royal London Hospital: 10 min by bike or 20 minutes by bus Canary Wharf: 20 min by DLR or by bike

Comments: The whole building has central heating. The flat is very warm and cosy during winter. Heating fee is included in the rent. So the energy bills are low even during winter, comparing other flats with individual heating.
