During the festival, we are within a pleasant walk to all central Fringe venues. It is a traditional second floor flat (with no elevator), full of light and very spacious, recently completely renovated to a high standard with large double glazed windows, gas heating and wooden floors. The neighbours are all quiet families and professionals.
