We are a couple :) One as a neon artist and another as a multimedia director. We love to cook.....so the apartment is full of everything for cooking.... including an air fryer and rice cooker! and it is also 5 mins walk from Le Bon Marche which is superb for retail and quality grocery shopping! There is also a huge Carrefour supermarket that is 5 mins of walk from the apartment. This apartment has an elevator which is rare in Paris and the neighbour is no doubt super safe and quiet. There is a sofa bed that can sleep 2 if you would like to invite some guests over for the night. The bed is very comfortable. It is very easy to commute to anywhere in Paris, especially with line 4 Saint-Placide station, Line 10 Vanneau and Line 12 Rennes station with less than 5 mins of walk from the apartment. If you would like to get out of Paris from the apartment, you can get directly to CDG airport with only 1 change, and 2 changes to Orly Airport. We also have games in the flat for your "in-house" entertainment, including mahjong! *For rentals that are less than one month or 4 weeks, there will be a cleaning fee charged :)
