I am an academic at the ANU and will be traveling from early Sep 2026 to mid Feb 2027. Our fully-furnished apartment is available for rent during this period and longer term rental is preferred. Weekly rent includes electricity (limits apply), gas, water and NBN wifi. Suitable for professionals, students and small family who need a short-term fully furnished place close to city. The place is walking distance to Canberra center and all the restaurants and cafes, but is located on a very quiet street so you don't need to worry about noise level. It is next to the beautiful heritage Haig Park. Light rail station is 5 mins walk, and ANU campus is only 5 mins drive/10 mins bike ride/20 mins walk away. This ground floor apartment has an abundance of natural light flows throughout the open plan living and dining area. Both bedrooms are segregated to either side of the living area, the main ensuite bedroom has a comfy Koala queen-sized bed, and the second room currently has a kid's bed. We have one double and one single foldable Japanese futon mattresses if you need extra beds. The apartment is fully furnished with all essentials. We will pack up our personal stuff but books on the shelves are for your reading pleasure. If you only require one room, we can use the other as storage and rental can be negotiated. The highlight of the apartment is its spacious north-facing courtyard. Outdoor area is 132m2 and is furnished with outdoor dining table and four-seater sofa.
