Beautiful light-filled apartment with large courtyard close to ANU

I am an academic at the ANU and will be traveling from early Sep 2026 to mid Feb 2027. Our fully-furnished two bedroom apartment is available for rent during this period and longer term rental is preferred. Suitable for professionals, students and small family who need a short-term fully furnished place close to city. Currently we are only leasing out the ensuite bedroom: $430/week for single and $460/week for double occupancy. Utilities are included (electricity, gas, water). We will keep the small room for storage and you are welcome to use all other areas. If you prefer to have two rooms, this can be discussed before 3 Sept, after which we would be away and not able to make arrangements. The place is walking distance to Canberra center and all the restaurants and cafes, but is located on a very quiet street. It is next to the beautiful heritage Haig Park. Light rail station is 5 mins walk, and ANU campus is only 5 mins drive/10 mins bike ride/20 mins walk away. This ground floor apartment has an abundance of natural light flows throughout the open plan living and dining area. Both bedrooms are segregated to either side of the living area, the ensuite bedroom has a comfy Koala queen-sized bed. We also have one double and one single foldable Japanese futon mattress available if you need extra beds. The apartment is fully furnished with all essentials. We will pack up our personal stuff but books on the shelves are for your reading pleasure. EER is 6.0. The highlight of the apartment is its spacious north-facing courtyard. Outdoor area is 132m2 and is furnished with outdoor dining table and a four-seater sofa - perfect for gatherings during spring and summer.
