We have a fully furnished, top-floor flat that can accommodate a family. There is a large kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. There are three beds. The beds are: one daybed that can convert to a king, one double and one single. There is also an office and a spare room. This is a family home and will have board games, toys and books. The traditional tenement building is largely owner-occupied and the communal stair lovely. It is a quiet building and not a place for parties. We are in an excellent location, near facilities, groceries, public transport, swimming pools, gyms, libraries, restaurants, cafes, cycle routes and walking distance to the University of Edinburgh and Napier.
